About radiators

2025-06-02

A radiator is a heating device primarily used for heating purposes. Mainly used in cold northern regions during winter, it has a warming effect. Previously, cast iron radiators were commonly used, but now more materials of radiators have been developed.

In cold regions, heating has replaced fire walls and heated kang as people's new heating equipment. The use of radiators has gradually become widespread.

The temperature of the radiator will not exceed the temperature of the hot water flowing through the pipe below. Although it is a new technology, it must also follow the principle of heat transfer and the law of conservation of energy: the temperature of the heated object will not be higher than that of the heat source, otherwise energy will no longer be conserved. The temperature of the radiator will at most reach the same temperature as the hot water in the pipe, and will not exceed the temperature of the hot water. In practice, radiators need to dissipate heat to the surrounding space, so they will not reach the temperature of the hot water in the pipes below. Some buyers may have questions: How much lower can the radiator be than the water temperature? There are many random factors in this problem, making it difficult to determine. It is closely related to the room temperature, the size of the room space, and whether it is tight and not easy to dissipate heat. If the room temperature is low, the room space is large, and the sealing is not good, it is easy to dissipate heat. The heat from the radiator will radiate a large amount to the surrounding space, causing the radiator to have a much lower temperature than water.
